It depends on the system and conditions. Many installations allow light foot traffic quickly, with vehicle traffic after a full cure. We’ll give you a clear timeline after install.

Texture and finish choice matter. Flake systems typically add traction; we can also add extra texture where needed (entryways, steps, or areas that see water).

Most slabs can be improved, but repairs and prep are critical. We mechanically grind the surface and address cracks/spalls as part of the job plan.

Square footage, slab condition, repairs, and the coating system all affect pricing. An on-site estimate lets us give an accurate quote.

Most floors just need routine sweeping and occasional mopping with mild cleaner. We’ll provide simple care tips after installation.
